What I Believe About Building a Coaching Business
I believe everyone is on a journey — often for reasons we can’t see yet.
Mine continues to evolve in ways I never could’ve imagined.
When it comes to my work in marketing and with coaches, I’ve learned a few big lessons since becoming a Martha Beck Wayfinder life coach in 2017.
One of the most important? Coaches don’t need complicated websites to make a real impact.
I learned this the hard way.
My first coaching website took months to perfect — and within weeks, it already felt out of date. I spent so much time tweaking fonts, colors, and copy that I could have spent actually finding clients.
That experience shaped how I work today. Most new coaches don’t need a multi-page, high-end site that costs thousands. What they really need is something simple, clear, and professional — something that gets them visible online and confident to put their name in the ring for opportunities.
That’s why I created Launch Your 1-Page Coaching Website in a Day — a service built on three values I hold close:
Clarity over complexity: Because your website should help you move forward, not get in your way.
Speed with intention: Because the faster you launch, the faster you learn what works.
Build for what’s next: Because your website should grow with you, not box you in.
My goal is to help you get your coaching business off the ground with confidence — without wasting time or money on things you don’t need yet.
Ready to take the next step for your coaching website?
If you’ve been waiting for the perfect moment to launch your coaching website, this is it. You don’t need to have everything figured out — you just need a clear, guided path to start.
When you’re ready, I’d love to help you build a simple, strategic website that grows with you.

My World Outside of Work
40+ Gym Gal + Wife + Mom + Romance Novel Lover
I’ll admit this picture is old. My son is taller than me now and he’s nearly as tall as my husband! We are super proud of our kind, creative, smart son.
We live in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a family, we’re into fitness - begrudgingly up around 5am on weekdays so we can all hit the gym together before work and school. If I’m honest, I make it maybe 4 days a week but I’m super proud of that.
That also requires me to go bed reallllllly early. So early I’m too embarrassed to tell you what time.
I love to make candles and I really enjoy a juicy romance novel. When it’s not one million degrees out in our area, you can catch me watching the sunset and drinking a glass of wine on the patio.
My husband and I have been married since 2005 (and I thank my Grandma for the “You don’t look old enough to be married 20+ years” genes).
I’m very much a home body. Many days I’m cooking up every single one of my meals, which unfortunately means I also feel like a part time dishwasher. Luckily, the boys help me when they’re home.
This cute little furry guy, Spike, follows me around relentlessly (almost stalker-ish?) and sleeps under my desk while I’m working. It’s my fault. I spoil him.
