You like personalized, individual attention.

Not everyone enjoys group coaching, and that’s totally okay! One on One coaching is a great option for you if you’re not into the group work.
R

OR, if you want help NOW and don't want to wait for specific group coaching topics to be covered each month.

If you’re ready to dive in deep and spend the time on phone coaching sessions and doing real-world homework assignments so you can improve your mom life,  one on one coaching is a great way to work through your specific issue….now!
R

OR, if you feel like you're a Mom Boss already, but want to take something to the next level.

If you’re already killing it (most days anyway!) with your self care routine, feeling fairly confident as a mom and are looking to achieve your next goal, one on one coaching is perfect for you!
R

OR, if your budget allows for a higher coaching package than the Be Your Own Mom Boss Group Coaching Club.

Let’s face it.  One on One sessions aren’t cheap.  But neither are the outcomes!  So if you want big results and you can afford the cost of one on one sessions, it is money well spent.

Here Is What My Clients Have Experienced:

Nikki provides tools that are easily applicable to my life, don’t require a huge time commitment, but deliver a big impact. I can spend a few minutes a day implementing what I’ve learned  – and it has a huge impact on me as a person, a mom, a wife, and professional.

Desi Whitney

Being a working mom to a 5yr old boy is amazing, stressful, exhausting and sometimes a little overwhelming! Nikki’s tips are really effective and the tools she shares really don’t take much time at all, even as simple as taking 15 mins out of your day just for you!

Here’s How One on One Coaching Works

;

Safe Space

My coaching environment is a safe, non judgmental place. Show up just as you are (messes and all!) and don’t worry about trying to hold it all together.

;

Phone Sessions

I do all One on One coaching over the phone. No traffic. Find yourself a quiet space (even if you’re hiding from your kids in the bathroom!) and call in.

;

50 Minutes Long

Sessions are 50 minutes long. I give short homework assignments to do between sessions to help reinforce the time we spent together.

;

Online Scheduling

No need to send 20 emails back and forth to book an appointment.  I give you a link to my online scheduler and you book a time that works for you.

4 – 50 Minute Sessions are $599
